What Causes Severe Body Weakness And Loss Of Sense In Legs?
hi doctor,i am 25 years of age and since few months i am feeling weakness in my body, when i sit for a long time at a place i feel that part of my legs are being sense less. and when i stand i face darkness in front of both eyes for some time and then vision comes again. another problem i am facing is of urine drops after urinating. please note that i have improved my diet much but no major improvement.kindly suggest something.thanks.

I would suggest you the following : 1. Take plenty of liquids & protein rich foods in your diet. 2. Do some Yoga & meditation everyday, this will help reduce the stress. 3.
