General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I am Dr. Shiv here to help you.

It seems like you are suffering from postural hypotension and weakness, probably because you are not following a healthy diet schedule or might be due to over-stress.

I would suggest you the following :
1. Take plenty of liquids & protein rich foods in your diet.
2. Do some Yoga & meditation everyday, this will help reduce the stress.
3. Fix an appointment with your family doctor and get your complete physical check up along with blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

Surely this will help you dear.

Thanks
