What Causes Severe Bodyache Along With Chills?

My wife is in alot of pain it hurts all over her body her bones hurts shes cold and she tanned today , 1st time since last summer. shes having a hard time catching her breath. she took a pill for an infection .. a bladder infection. drug is called NITROFURANTOIN MONO MCR 100MG. THATYS ALL i CAN THINKOF OH SOME iBPROUPHEN

the symptoms as mentioned.
I strongly recommend to immediately consult ER & get evaluated for the same
in form of necessary blood tests, X-ray chest / further accordingly your
