What Causes Severe Breast Pain Despite Having Enlarged Pores In Breast?

Hi, good day! I just to ask coz i m having enlargement of pores on my left breast, I have cyst in my breast andI already dine with ultrasound and its benign findings after I present my result to my doctor she said its normal but my nipple sometimes i feel pain not that too much pain its just pain that i can handle and theres pores enlargement on it and my nipple are inverted and if i touchit with my hand it became everted or ereck is it normal?or this is a symptoms? thank you!

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the benign condition still infection would be matter of concern and it needs to be ruled out because it is the pretty common condition seen for the pain Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen can be tried hope this information helps.
