What Causes Severe Bronchitis Along With Sinus Infection?

I was diagnosed with severe bronchitis 4 weeks ago. I have no cough, no fever but chest pressure and increased heart rate. Had X-rays that confirmed bronchitis. Very tired. This follows a severe sinus infection which I was given antibiotics. Not feeling any better. Advice?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, condition may be allergic one, may not be having bacterial infection in my opinion condition can be managed with following medicines
1) Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine one tab three times in day
some time steroid can be used and for that you need to have clinically examined, hope this information helps, take care. (No need to have antibiotic, sinusitis would be different one may be associated symptoms)
I find this answer helpful
