What Causes Severe Burning And Dryness In Vagina?

I m 18 female I m not sexually active. But my vagina had severe burning and stinging it s very dry, its warm to the touch, very sore!! Very red and has a light pink discharge. I have been on birth control for hormone therapy but I havnt been on top to take it. Last month I had 2 periods with a week between them and that was 1.5 weeks ago. What s wrong with me!?
