What Causes Severe Burning Pain And Immobility Of Fingers?

I'm 18 years old and have VERY few medical problems. But one that has really bugged me since it surfaced about 3 years ago. Its that my hands and fingers feel like the skin has been severely burned and I cant move my fingers. It only happens when I am using my grinder,weed eater,lawnmower,etc and it happens almost instantly and the pain is just horrific. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
