General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your work up needs to be done as follow .....
-detail history and physical examination
-Chest x ray
-allergy history
-Auscultation
-CBC and AEC
-Spirometry if needed
-general examination esp calf examination

According to cause specific treatment given...

If it is due to allergy than fexofenedine or short term steroid course can be given...

If rhonchi heard and bronchoconstriction present than nebulization of bronchodilator given like levosalbutamol and budesonide respule

If x ray suggestive of consolidation and pneumonia like presentation than antibiotic course needed

So consult pulmonologoist for examination and than accordingly your management plan will be decided

Take care
