What Causes Severe Chest Pain With High Blood Pressure And Pulse Rate?
my hubby is 40 yrs old he had a severe chest pain earlier today and he's been acting very weird, and i just took his blood pressure and it showed 130/82 with 122 pulse min should i be concerned with this?

I would recommend urgent evaluation at any emergency department of nearby hospital.
With such history, likely of cardiac pain is high, and hence need to be ruled out.
