What Causes Severe Chills Along With Vomiting And Wheezing?

I am having severe chills, but no fever. temp is 97.8, pulse is 82bpm, oxy is 97. I am also vomiting, and wheezing badly, and get very dizzy when I stand. The onset of these symptoms was very sudden, it started about 2 hours ago. I have acid reflex issues, and I had my gall bladder out a few months ago, I am wondering what this could be.

Your symptoms could be due to lung problems like pneumonia, COPD etc or it can be cardiac issues.
Thorough physical examination, ECG, Cheat Xray are all needed to confirm the diagnosis and appropriate management accordingly.
