What Causes Severe Clotting And White Discharge During Periods?

i am 54 with normal periods on HRT. this one came a week early. Four normal days followed today by sudden severe clotting (3-4 marble to quarter sized) AND about 2 tablespoons of white creamy discharge at the same time. it felt slippery and conditioner-like. I ll monitor the clotting and intense flow, but am shocked at the profuse white discharge that also came out all at once a half hour ago.
