What Causes Severe Concussion And Swelling On Forehead After Injury?
My son had a severe concussion at work 9 weeks ago....according to the doctors he is getting better...but, on occasion when he raises his activity level his forehead will swell at the site of the impact and then across his face to the other side of his head....it happens whenever he raises his activity level and the area is very sensitive to touch.....we re just wondering if this is something we need to have an elevated concern level about this

Regarding your son's symptoms of swelling on the forehead following a raised work activities after a previous injury I will suggest he has developed a Myositis (inflammation of the muscles)
