I experience stuffy congestion in my ears, and throat during certain times of the year worse than others, such as right now throughout the fall, but it is literally day to day, it may go for two days and be terrible and then I wake up and i feel great , literally day to day off and on.

Hello,

You can have allergic upper respiratory tract infection repeatedly. For that, you need to investigate with CBC and allergic testing. A decongestant like levocetirizine and montelukast can be prescribed for that.

Your nose examination should be done to look for any polyp or deviated nasal septum if present which can lead to a frequent cold.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
