What Causes Severe Constipation, Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

I haven t had a bowel movement in 12 days. Iv e had IBS for years but have never gone this long without relief. I take Mirlax daily, stool softner daily and drink a lot of fluid. I drank mag citrate today without results. I have abd. pain, very uncomfortable and feel like vomiting. what should I try next.
