What Causes Severe Constipation And Bleeding During Bowel Movement?

Can you please tell me what you think this could be? They came up after a few days of severe constipation with one BM feeling as if there could have been a slight tear. I do not know if it related or coincidental. I was concerned of STDs as well. I have not participated in anal sex. The bumps itch at times and are tender when trying to clean the area. I have not seen any blood or drainage, other than a very small amount of blood with the BM that I believe cause a slight tear.

The bumps you noticed could be skin tags, skin warts,molluscum contagious etc.
