Hi, I understand your concern. Less food intake/ faulty eating habits & pregnancy hormones cause constipation in pregnancy. - You have hemorrhoids .. which need to be control . Taking stool softners ( Lactulose suspension /ispaghul on the counter )at bed time will help in beginning. A glycerine suppository will help in moving hard stools.Application of pilescura ointment to anal region after schitz bath would relieve pain. - Stool examination to diagnose bowel infections & Expert advise for treatment as per need . - Taking lot of fibers ( vegetables & fruits & salads )/ drink lot of water ( 8-10 glasses in a day )/ avoiding refined food, fast food is important. - Mild exercises( walking/ yoga ) This would gradually improve your digestion & bowel movements. * Though constipation itself causes mild fever, consult a physician to get an expert advise after needful investigations for cough & fever is advised. Thanks.
