What Causes Severe Cough Along With Sinusitis And Chest Congestion?
hello I have been quite sick for about two weeks sever cough, yellow mucus, sinus pain and pressure, chest congestion, lack of energy, and my left index fingertip has been hurting and gradually swelling more and more. it is hard and hot to the touch and throbbing.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
All of your symptoms are suggestive of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Are you a chronic smoker? Smoking increases chances of getting COPD. For proper diagnosis and evaluation consult pulmonologist and get respiratory function tests done to confirm diagnosis of COPD
I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions. Regards, Dr. Hiren Hirpara
