What Causes Severe Cough Along With Vomiting?

I am suffering from Vomiting and heavy Cough . So I consulted a Doctor , He prescribed me azithromycin 500 , montek lc and cosmos cough syrup . I have been taking this medicine from last three days. Vomiting is stopped, Cough slightly reduced. But I got loose motions after using these tablets. Can I continue this medicine ? I am Male 24 , from Andhra Pradesh ,India.

I can understand your concern.
Diarrhoea (loose motions) is common side effect of azithromycin.
So no need to worry for diarrhoea as it is mostly drug related.
Talk with doctor about this. You need to stop azithromycin only.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Also take probiotic and ORS (oral rehydration solution) for diarrhoea.
