Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand..
As per your complain the symptoms seems to be that of asthmatic
bronchitis caused due to extension of
upper respiratory infection in the lining of the bronchial tubes leading to productive cough and wheezing..
I would suggest you to
consult a Pulmonologist and get evaluated and he can advise you investigations like chest x-ray and treat you accordingly..
He can advise you to take antibiotics like
Augmentin or Cephelexin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen, mucolytics like Ambroxol, anti-allergics like benadryl, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine and also do steam inhalations, warm saline gargles and do warm compresses over chest..
Steroid inhalers, decongestants sprays and saline inhalations can help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
