General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an upper respirator actually infection. In my opinion, the symptoms are not related to the bird.

I would recommend you to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day. I also recommend drinking liquids and resting.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
