What Causes Severe Cough, Back Pain And Chest Tightness When Diagnosed With Bronchitis?

Hi I have been diagnosed with Bronchitis. I have taken a steroid and I am on my second round of antibiotics. However, now along with still having the cough, I am experiencing a lot of pain in my upper back and I still have tightness in my chest. What should I do? Should I call the doctor again tomorrow?

Hi,

The symptoms seem to be related to bronchitis. The infection may be not treated completely. I suggest you do a chest X-ray for further evaluation and proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
