medicine you are taking are corrrect as per ypur symptoms but sometimes nebulization using bronchodialtor and steroid are required for rapid releif .
you can contact to your nearby health care centre for chest examination by auscultation and if required radiological examinatin . however you can add antihistaminics like cetrizine, loratadine along with moteleucast for releief of cough .
