What Causes Severe Cough While Having Bronchitis?

was diagnosed with bronchitis last Wed and the cough is still keeping me up at night. I can t stop coughing, every time I take a breath, I end up in a coughing fit. I ve been drinking a lot of water, and taking a cough syrup at night, as well as a saline nasal spray, and of course lozenges. What else can I do? I can t sleep!

May I advice you to take bronchicum syrp 3 times per day,, singulair tab once before bed time,,those can relieve you cough symptoms
