What Causes Severe Cough With Greenish Yellow Throat Mucus When Diagnosed With Sarcodosis?
Hi! I was diagnosed with sarcodosis in 2005. I am now 61, since the diagnosis I have been unable to sleep through the night without waking up all through the night with coughing and spitting up green and yellow film. Since diagnosis I have had no further treatment.

With pneumonia, you may cough up phlegm that is yellow, green, or sometimes bloody. When it is caused by bacteria, you may notice yellow or green phlegm, nasal congestion, postnasal drip, and pressure in your sinus cavities.
