What Causes Severe Coughing In An Infant?

Hi , Good Morning My daughter of 1year and 1 month , her weight 8.5 kg , she is having severe cough since almost 2 weeks . Specially When i give her milk she start coughing for 2-3 hours and it is severe with sputum . She wakes up in the night coughing badly after milk feed immediately, I am giving her boiled vegetable with rice , milk , banana but now a days she is refusing her food and she likes our food, but i think its not enough for her !! she have running nose for 1 week and while sleeping nasal congestion , i didn t take her to any doctor .. But before sleeping i put ( warmed semsem oil) on her chest with small cotton towel .. Plz suggest what to do ?

how can one breath with blocked nose and mouth ( while feeding) ??? if a child is reluctant to feed and has flu like symptoms with such cough and other symptoms please get an appointment with a doctor. your baby needs antibiotics and anti allergic straightaway.
