What Causes Severe Cramping In Lower Stomach And Nausea?
i get severe cramping felling in my lower stomach and my bum about once a month it s not when im on my period, it s so severe that i feel nauseous i get sweaty i can t stand. when I t eases my stomch still aches alot amd is tender to press my back also aches. This will come back every half hr for most of the day. When It is over it wont come back for a few weeks. just want to know what is wrong as it is so painful.

The symptoms you are experiencing is likely ovulation pain. Cramping during ovulation time can be severe and noticeable is some women.
Apply heat pack when you get the cramps and take Tylenol if needed.
