What Causes Severe Cramping Pain In The Leg And Hip?

Hi Im 59 years of age and in good health but I have this kind of a cramp feeling on the inside of my let leg between the knee and upper hip it started one day ago and I noticed at work last night it was gone but it is back again today. any answers would really help?

This could be a disc problem in your lower back or it could be an indication of low potassium, low vitamin D, or low calcium.

You need to see your doctor for this and I would get blood work and an MRI scan of your lumbar spine to determine the exact cause
