What Causes Severe Cramps And Spasms In The Lower Legs?

I took my first 75mg injection of Praluent twelve hours ago at 9:30 am. This evening I m having extreme muscle pain, cramps and spasms in both lower legs and feet. Along with a slit bit of stuffiness in my sinuses. The spasms and cramps have been off and on for an hour. What can I expect and should I be calling my Doctor?
