What Causes Severe Cramps In The Feet And Anxiety After Head Injuries?

I have had multiple sever brain injuries, concussion that required hospitalization and encephalitis at age 24, 3 weeks hospital stay. I am now 53 and experiencing severe cramps in my feet daily, a stutter in my step when first starting to walk and most recently muscle joint pain in all major areas. I also suffer from extreme anxiety, no one has ever linked any of these issues.....me either, should I and should I see a Neurologist? I m 5 years sober, so alcohol or drugs are not currently an issue.... could prolonged substance abuse be the cause for symptoms? Last physical 1 year ago. History of cancer and eart disease, my stats are very good though.... cholesterol and blood pressure.
