What Causes Severe Cramps In The Lower Abdomen And Back?

I am having severe stomach cramps (lower abdomen) shooting lower back pain, and sharp shooting pain in my joints from my stomach down. The pain has been getting worse in the last few days, along with very frequent urination (just went in for a urinalysis this afternoon, cloudy urine, and lots of pressure but not always any urine.) I have had normal bowel movements, but more than normal.

in the eman while you can take diclofenac & then if no relief tab hyoscine on sos basis.
