What Causes Severe Cramps In The Stomach?

I have been experiencing stomach virus symptoms all week. Had the runs stomach cramps. I just went to the bathroom and there was a blood when I wiped myself. About the same amount if I was on my period which I don t get anymore. Is this ok or should I go to my doctor.

Consult a oust the earliest and get an ultrasound scan done to rule out any possible intra-abdominal causes.
