What Causes Severe Cramps With Abdominal Pain?
I m a seasoned mom of 5 kids. my youngest will be 7 next month and this morning started showing symptoms of abdominal pain and complaining of both legs hurting. I gave him ibuprophen for the pain. then about 2 hrs ago I noticed him having a fever. fever now is 101. gave him the med at 9 am. something just doesn t feel right about his symptoms. that s why I m asking.

You have not mentioned any other symptoms so go on with crocin 250 mg sos ,it will take care of fever , leg pain & mild pain abdomen as well ,with cold sponging. As he is complaining of pain abdomen it may not be right to add ibuprofen as it may cause further gastric irritation. You can repeat crocin 6 hourly if not improve and develop other symptoms please consult a doctor.
