What Causes Severe Cramps Without Bleeding During Periods?

i was supposed to get my period on monday , i had cramps monday and tuesday and then they went away . on wednesday morning i woke up with this horrible pain in my stomach and it still hurts up to date and it gets worse and worse everyday and i still havent gotten my period neither . what can it be ? please help me im really worried
can i be pregnant ?
