What Causes Severe Depression?

I lost my mom a month ago, and have been in a very stressful relationship. I have gotten to the point I sleep alot and I tend to stay alone alot. feeling really sad crying alot and angered easily. no desire to shower clean house or anything. I feel lonely and inadequate. I am taking currently 80mg of prozac a day and 5mg of generic Zyprexa . What could be wrong with me?
