What Causes Severe Diarrhea After Taking Naturolax Powder?
I have been using Naturolax powder (One spoon daily) for the last two years. I got relief from Constipation. But for the last seven months I am suffering with diarrhea. In Aug-2015 I had to excrete 5 times a day and it went on increasing. now it is 10 times a day. But out of 10 times for 6 to 7 times I am getting only gas. My doubt is whether it is a side effect of prolonged usage of Naturolax? Pl clarify.

Hello dear Greetings Regarding your symptoms of recurrent diarrhoea following a previous use Naturolax for constipation I am suggesting there may be other causes aside the use of this laxative they may be infection from enterobacter /HIV organism
Gastritis
Celiac disease
Chrohn disease
Antibiotic colitis
In this regard please see a gastroenterologist specialist for proper assessment in addition do occult stool culture Retroviral screening abdominal scan colonoscopy
Meanwhile take lomotil tablet tablet thalazole tablet clindamycin
