What Causes Severe Diarrhea While On Pyridostigmine?

I have been on pyridostigmine .Last week I began to not be able to eat. I have severe diarrhea and I went to the ER where I was diagnosed with bowel problems and put on an antibiotic. I still cannot eat and I am very weak. Could this have anything to do with the Medicine? YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of diarrhea may not be due to medicines but it could be due some infection of intestine and it can be given try with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days everything would be fine soon hope this information helps.
