What Causes Severe Diarrhoea And Vomiting Along With Pain In Shoulders?

I had severe diarrhea and vomited probably 10-15 times two nights ago. Yesterday I slept virtually all day and didnt vomit, but still felt sore in my shoulders and neck. Today the pain in my shoulders and neck is borderline unbearable. Should I seek medical treatment, or take some OTC pain meds and wait it out another day or two?

For diarrhea and vomiting you have to take some antibiotics after an expert opinion of your doctor preferably norflox-tz with pantop-dsr or rekool-d for vomiting. For shoulder pain you can take some OTC pain killer like akilos-p or combiflam. You can take nitazoxanide to get rid from diarrhea completely. You have to take ORS or lemon juice to maintain your hydration.
