What Causes Severe Dizziness And Lack Of Muscle Control?

I am a 66 yr old white female, 5 4 121 lbs. The last several days I have had episodes of extreme dizziness, and lack of muscle control. I normally take propranolol 40 mg am + pm, ibuprofen as needed and metaxalone 800mg am + pm. (for back and neck) as needed. When this problem began, I cut out all but the propranolol. I have ended up on my butt more than once when my arms and legs feel like rubbery appendages. When it is really bad, I also have visual oddities ...colors,etc. , and no I do not partake of any party drugs or opioids. I occasionally have a beer or glass of wine- but none recently. Any thoughts?
