What Causes Severe Dizziness And Palpitations?

I have been extremely dizzy, and woke up with my heart beat very hard and a bit painful. I also have had loss of feeling in my fingers and hands recently. My hands feel very cold, and my body is back and forth between extremely hot an cold. On going symptoms, not acute with loss of feeling in hands. Do I need to go to a doctor?

yes. you should go to a doc n get ur no checked. high BP should be treated asap as it can hv long term irreversible complications.there can also be some vitamin deficiency, have vitamin b complex.
