What Causes Severe Dizziness And Stomach Ache?

Hello.. Ok so I m 18 years old, sexually active with my boyfriend of 2 years. My period started on April 2nd and finished on April 5th suddenly I didn t get my period for 3 months... I started to think I was pregnant mind you i felt dizzy, always tired, sick, i just felt uncomfortable but in August 1 I started bleeding nonstop but I ended having intercourse on Sunday of August 6th for two days I didn t have my period but a little bit of spotting throw out those 2 day i felt dizzy, always full like if i had atten 3 pizza by my self but now August 9 1:17 am I got a really bad stomach pain and I started bleeding again. Is that normal? ? Please help I have no money I am scared

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Irregular periods alternating with heavy bleeding are signs of possible hormonal imbalances. Uro-genital infection is also to consider together with any possible tumoral problems of genital tract. As this has been going on for a few months now, I highly recommend to consult with a gynecologist first and run a few diagnostic tests to rule out the abovementioned problems. For the moment,

I can only advise to:
- keep good genital hygiene especially after having sex
- use protective measures if you do not want to get pregnant
- take probiotics and antacids after meals
