What Causes Severe Dizziness And Tinnitus After A Back Injury?

I fell down the stairs 3 weeks ago and hit my upper back (between the shoulder blades). When it happened, I fell so hard I winded myself and passed out after, then had an episode of severe dizziness and shakes when I came round. I left it unchecked and now I m experience pain in my back where the fall was, to the point I can t move and it s uncomfortable to even lie down. I also keep having dizzy spells and ringing in my ears. It isn t bruised. Should I get it checked?
