What Causes Severe Dizziness And Tinnitus?

I spent an hour at the trampoline park, it was intense and dehydrating, I was drinking water regularly and afterward drank around 500 ml. Once finished I immediately dizziness and loss of balance along with a ringing in one ear. After around an hour I vomitted. It s been nearly 6 hours and I m still severely dizzy do you know what this could be?
