General & Family Physician 's  Response
In my opinion low blood pressure is one of the cause for dizziness, headache , lightheadedness and blurry vision we call it as postural hypotension.

To diagnose postural hypotension we measure your blood pressure in lying as well as in standing position and interpretate your blood pressure readings.

There are lots of causes to feel dizziness, lightheadedness, blurred vision like decreased blood flow to brain, ENT problems , anemia , low blood sugar level , migraine etc

Because of this you should consult nearby physician for proper evaluation of your problem.

Hopefully I cleared your doubts

Regards
