What Causes Severe Dizziness, Sharp Pain In Back Of Head And Neck?

Yesterday I woke up with severe dizziness, to the point where I could barely see, it finally went away around 4pm, It was accompanied by quick sharp pains in the back of my head and neck. Today, about 2 hours ago it struck again, again with the pains in the back of the head and neck.

I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm is very likely cause and this can be treated with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" no need to worry about this, some time emotional stress may be the reason, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
