What Causes Severe Dizziness While Driving?

I just started having symptoms about 3 weeks ago while driving like I m falling,it has been so intense that I had to see my Doctor for this and he has prescribed Paxil 10mg which I have only been on for about 5 days ago and really have not notice any changes. I also forgot to mention that I don t like open spaces like driving thru countryside. Can you give me some answers or some suggestions to let me know I can overcome this anxiety.
