I would suggest you to - You should give child cough expectorants. - You should do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day. - You should avoid cold carbonated beverages. - Apply mist humidifiers in room. - Take antibiotic Levofloxacin along with Anti-inflammatory medication such as Levocetirizine.
