What Causes Severe Dry Mouth While Suffering From Diarrhea?

Stomach cramps spasms diarrhea I had this a few days ago in Dubai, and again all last night. Couldn t sleep. Pain is central above waist. Can t tell if it s gall bladder or gastrointestinal Ate cheese and fried child relleno last night thought that might have triggered gall bladder, and ate all kinds of foods I woudn t normally eat in Dubai, mostly at Sheraton. Dry mouth, maybe dehydrated from diarrhea? Would like to know dx, cause, treatment.

Hi
Went through your post you are suffering from food poisoning and there is nothing suggestive of GB pain as pain is in central abdomen not in right hypochondrium and pain is associated with loose motion which again is symptom of intestinal tract, I would suggest you take plenty of fluids and freshly prepared light diet your symptoms will go in next 24hours.
