What Causes Severe Ear Pain Along With Numbness And Hearing Loss?

Hi Dr, I have been slapped on my left ear a week ago it has been painful ever since, I was prescribed some paracetamol it did not help though. I went back to see the nurse to check on what might be going on with my ear she told me that she was able to see some blood stains on my ear, and again I was prescribed some paracetamols and some ear drops it is not getting any better. I have been experiencing some hearing loss, pain, numbness, some tingling and some abnormal sounds. Please help.
