Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Possible causes may be dental caries, tooth abscess, parotid gland infection, cervical lymphadenitis. Is there any pus coming from your gums or pain is increasing while chewing? Take an USG salivary gland and cervical lymph node for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
