What Causes Severe Exhaustion Along With Abdominal Discomfort?
Feeling exhausted and sick to my stomach. Felt this way last week and then started to go away, now it s back. Been extremely stressed, a few family members have been sick this past year, now I m feeling the backlash of caretaking or is there a virus going around?? Worked for a school, off now trying to relax, frustrated feeling like this.

The abdomen discomfort with severe exhaustion can be part of:
- Underlying stress and anxiety
- GI infection of some bacteria or virus
- Systemic illness as low hemoglobin, altered BP or blood sugar or others presenting in various clinical context
