What Causes Severe Exhaustion, Light Headedness And Soreness In The Neck?

I am having daily bouts of extreme exhaustion where I feel a little bit light headed and weak in general. This has been going on for over a week. Additionally, my neck is sore as my disc injury has flared up so I am not sleeping well and always tired.

I suggest you to take an ECG and check your BP& Electrolytes. I advise you to take T.Myospas BD (twice daily after food) for 5 days. If your symptoms persist I advise you take a physician consultation for further treatment.
